Cogent Mobile vCRM for Enterprise is delivered on-demand, so there is no hardware
to procure, no large up-front license fee, and no complex set-up. The product is currently
available for use with Salesforce.com and supported on iPhone and iPad. Future releases will
support a wider range of leading enterprise CRM applications and be available for all major
smartphone devices.
For enterprises wishing to customize the Cogent Mobile vCRM application and its existing
voice enabled functionality, there is an option to utilize the enterprise developer
account. Through the developer account enterprises can customize application
functionality specific to value drivers of their organization.
